I was doing some research on a handmade cross that's been standing in the Mojave desert since the end of World War One, and that's now in danger of being removed, when I came across the name of our Secretary of the Interior
KEN SALAZAR
and discovered with surprise and with a smile of appreciation, that Salazar is what I would call "one of the few good guys" in today's often totally weird White-House-crowd......the other one, of course, being Timothy Geithner, whose tireless labor saved our nation from going under, and whom I greatly admire.
